‘Vachan Prerna Divas’ or 'Reading Day' was celebrated on 15th October, 2022 to pay homage to our former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam who loved reading and writing. This day is observed so that children understand the importance of reading and are encouraged to develop it as a hobby.
The event were started with prayer service on Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam by Mr. Sabale R. R. and information on the importance of reading was given by Mr. Mohite S. A. (HOD) of Botany. Students were given books to read and both professor were interacted with students and test their knowledge.
